Why this vault is built around cases and reusable frameworks
Business exams rarely ask what you know. They hand you a company in trouble and ask what you would do — which is a structure problem, not a memory one.
So every case gets the same skeleton: situation, problem, options, decision, risks. Do that thirty times and the structure becomes automatic, which is exactly what a case exam under time pressure rewards.
The second half is reuse. Frameworks and formulas live in _Templates and 06-Notes, not scattered inside case notes, so the discounted cash flow you worked out in September is one link away in December — and group projects in 09-Projects keep decisions and who-owes-what in writing, where they cannot be re-litigated at 23:00 the night before submission.

Decisions get written down with a date and who was there. Work gets a named owner and a due date. And if someone doesn't deliver, there's a dated, factual log — because most universities will act on a written record and will not act on a complaint without one.
